Meet Stefan Brusky, the Regional Sales Manager and Technical Advisor at QualityMTS. Stefan is an invaluable team member with over 30 years of industry experience. He is here to assist our customers in finding the perfect CNC machine for their needs and to apply his extensive expertise to troubleshooting.
Stefan’s passion for manufacturing is deeply rooted in his family history. Both his father and grandfather, pioneers in the Midwest manufacturing industry, played a significant role in shaping his career. Stefan’s early years were spent working for his grandfather’s manufacturing company, where he gained a foundational understanding of the business, from technical skills to customer relationships.

Now at QualityMTS, Stefan, the Regional Sales Manager and Technical Advisor, brings 30 years of hands-on technical expertise. Having worked in various manufacturing shop roles, including engineering, repairs, and education, Stefan is grateful for the opportunity to apply his extensive knowledge in his current position.
As a Technical Advisor, Stefan is more than just a consultant. He is a reliable resource who is always available to assist customers in processing their parts for production. He partners with our customers to create an order of operations diagram that customers can utilize to develop an ordered and efficient manufacturing process. Once the manufacturing process is determined, Stefan helps customers write a detailed program for their CNC machine. It was great to attend IMTS 2024 in September and connect with my colleagues, old and new! Gathering with the best minds in the industry from across the world is a privilege to share knowledge, learn, network, and inspire the next generation,” said Stefan.

According to Stefan, “In this industry, the sky is the limit.” Because of the versatility of the CNC machining and manufacturing industry, there are endless possibilities and opportunities to grow individual strengths and make a positive impact. Stefan continues his family legacy by teaching the next generation! Stefan previously managed an apprenticeship program for high school and trade school students, where he had the opportunity to mentor and teach vital skills to the next generation, preparing them for their careers in manual machining, CNC machining, or manufacturing. “I love helping people with my knowledge because what I do daily results from my past learnings. With over 30 years in the industry, I’m grateful to continue to inspire and work with students to prepare them for a unique, challenging, and rewarding career,” stated Stefan.
